One rhizome of this beautiful iris, Hippo'z Tutu introduced by Kasperek, 1996. Awards: HM'99. Standards are grape, with a lighter midrib, falls are white, with grape edge, inner stippling, and the beards are burnt orange.
This is close to bloom so it is best to wait until 6/10 or later to dig. We strongly recommend shipping during dormancy, from July to August. Please indicate your preferred ship date when ordering. We ship only on Mondays and Tuesdays so your rhizomes don't sit over the weekend at the Post Office. Please see our other iris listings!
Irises spread to form a nice clump when happy, and are easily divided to share with friends or to add to another area in your garden. Drought tolerant once established, this is a very easy garden plant. Perennial (comes back every year.)
Planting and care instructions included.
Personal checks and money orders should be in my hands by 10 days after your last purchase. I will hold checks 7 to 10 days before digging and shipping your iris rhizome.
